Client's Payment Option

The retainer must be paid in full before any/all investigations commence and to confirm preferred surveillance booking date(s)

E-TRANSFERS BY ON-LINE DIRECT BANKING (Electronic Funds Transfer):

  • If you bank with: CIBC, TD, RBC, BMO or Scotia Bank you can send the retainer to Premiere Investigations at: diane@premiereinvestigations.com – with the password: investigation

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATIONS  ** WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS **

Once Premiere Investigations receives your retainer payment and you decide to cancel the Locate Investigation or Surveillance, the following fees will apply:

LOCATES: You will be charged a cancellation fee of $400.00 + hst. The difference will be refunded. TERMS & CONDITIONS Premiere Investigations does not Guarantee results when hired to conduct Locates/Skip Tracing or Research Investigations on Individuals. We do not offer full refunds on unsuccessful findings

SURVEILLANCE: You will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of $565.00 ($500 +hst) which is our Agency's daily 5-hour minimum booking fee. Any difference pre-paid over and above our daily 5 hour rate will be refunded

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Premiere Investigations does not Guarantee results when hired to conduct Locates/Skip Tracing or Research Investigations on Individuals. We do not offer full refunds on unsuccessful findings
